JOURNAL OF LANDSCAPE ECOLOGY
JLE is a fully reviewed scientific journal published by Czech Association for Landscape Ecology. Its editor-in-chief is P. Kovář, vice editor-in-chief is Z.Lipský, its executive editor is P. Maděra and members of board of editors are A. Buček, K. Kirchner, A. Salašová, G.Hofer (Switzerland), M.J.Metzger (UK), I.Goia (Romania), J. Solon (Poland), T. Wrbka (Austria), Stiles (Austria) and its technical editor J. Dreslerová. At first we are planning two issues a year, the first one will be published after holiday 2008 and the second one by the end of the year. Our ambition is to fill up a theme gap among the scientific journals published in the Czech Republic, enable to issue not only to Czech landscape ecologists and try to gradually penetrate into databases of scientific journals and gain a IF.
